Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the Maori Reservation known as Te Kaha A1 constituted by a recommendation pursuant to section 439 (1) of the said Act published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 66, page 1812 on the 14th day of August 1975.
