Declaration That Land is Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Nelson City Council on 23 September 1993: ``That in exercise of its powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Nelson City Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for local purpose (enhanced open space) purposes within the meaning of the said Act.''
