Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Rodney District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the notice dated the 24th day of August 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 August 1993, No. 126, page 2563, declaring road to be stopped, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the description of the land fifthly described the area ``0A.0R. 1.0P (25 m)'' and substituting the area ``0A.0R. 0.1P (2.5 m)'' and by deleting from the description of the land eighthly described the area ``0A.0R.05p (1 m)'' and substituting the area ``0A.0R.0.05p (1 m)'' and by deleting from the description of that portion the words and figures ``SE 143'' and substituting the words and figures ``SEM 143''.
