Land at Wigram Acquired for Pumping Station Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for pumping station and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Canterbury Land District Christchurch City 413 square metres, being part Lot 21, D.P. 15897; as shown marked ``D'' on S.O.
