Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virture of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of burials according to the traditions of all churches and forming part of Reihana Taukawau Tuarua Urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tupari and Ngaro Tupari Tewhata and Ngatikopaki Tamehana and Hariata Te Koki Tamehana. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Punakitere Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 2365 Part Motatau 5E25C and being part of the land contained in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 25 March 1968.
