Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tararua District Council on the 10th day of November 1993: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Tararua District Council resolved that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule, is declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act and to form part of the Ormondville Recreation Reserve.''
