Second Schedule Canterbury Land District Timaru District A right of way forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule and the rights and powers implied and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952 as if the same were fully set out herein. Third Schedule Canterbury Land District Timaru District 5 square metres being part Lot 1, D.P. 60138; marked `B' on plan. Fourth Schedule Canterbury Land District Timaru District The rights to drain storm water and sewage together with the rights to convey water, electric power and telecommunications forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule and the provisions of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 shall be implied to the easements created herein, provided that the rights and powers attaching to the right to convey electric power and the telecommunications shall be the same as applies to the rights to convey water save that ``cables'' shall be substituted for ``pipes'' and ``electric power'' and ``telecommunications'' for ``water'' wherever the words appear in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
