Approval of Alternative Vehicle Standards Pursuant to regulation 6 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and in exercise of powers delegated to me, pursuant to section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby prescribe those standards determined, approved, or prescribed, pursuant to the Traffic Regulations 1976, as alternative standards for the purposes of the said Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, in respect of vehicle brake standards, for vehicles as specified in the Schedule hereto, for the period 1 January 1995 to 31 December 1995 inclusive. Schedule Vehicles of classes MB, MC or NA for which the manufacturer's brake standards have not been affected by any modification. Signed at Wellington this 28th day of September 1993. H. C.
