Cancellation of Registration Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to sections 140 and 92 (1) (f) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on 6 December 1993, cancelled the registration of Court Waireka Foresters Credit Union, on the grounds that the credit union has ceased to exist.
