Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway State Highway No. 1, Bombay Hills Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989. First Schedule At Bombay Hills On the old section of State Highway No. 1 in the Franklin District, from a point approximately 400 metres north of the Great South Road Overbridge at St Stephens at Route Position 369/8.27 in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 2.25 kilometres to its junction with Mill Road. Second Schedule At Bombay Hills On the newly constructed road in the Franklin District, from a point approximately 400 metres north of the Great South Road Overbridge at St Stephens at Route Position 369/8.27 in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 2.77 kilometres to new Route Position 369/11.04 approximately 500m south of the Mill Road underpass to include connections to and from Mill Road.
