Annual Levy Prescribed under Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order 1993 Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and section 9 of the Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order 1993 and on the recommendation of the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 31/2 cents per chick on the basis of the sale of chicks to producers by hatcheries during the year 1 January 1994 to 31 December 1994.
