Lock (Hong Kong) Limited, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated the 19th day of August 1987 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 25th day of August 1987 (``the debenture'') issued by Wall Textiles Limited (``the company''), hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of September 1993, under the powers contained in the debenture, it appointed Lawrence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
