Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 119 the land in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title CB26A/38 subject to Mortgage 9848629.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
