Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 March 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Carrigan Daycare Infant Centres, in respect of Carrigan Childcare Centre (60234) situated at 29 Bassett Road, Johnsonville, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
