Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Nelson District Free Kindergarten Association, in respect of Healthkids Kindergarten (65625) situated at 49 Tipahi Street, Nelson South, Nelson.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
