as Deputy Chair of the Accident Compensation Corporation board for the remainder of his term up to 30 June 2024, then reappoint from 1 July 2024 up to 30 June 2027, and I reappoint

Mr Andrew (Mark) Cross

as a member of the Accident Compensation Corporation board from 1 July 2024 up to 30 June 2027.
