Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 15 April 2024 Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Bank of New Zealand Limited as receivers and managers of the property of the above entities under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 16 August 2018.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the entities present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland.
