Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 8 of the Act, that:

• On 4 April 2024, Brenton Hunt, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above-named company by Brian Cribb Family Trust pursuant to the powers contained in the term loan agreement, deed of guarantee and indemnity dated 20 December 2022, in respect of land owned by SMI Project Limited.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation if the insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
