Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 28 March 2024 Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of two 2018 CLG922E LiuGong diggers. The receivers and managers were appointed by Tompkins Wake pursuant to a general security agreement dated 5 December 2023 and a specific security agreement dated 28 March 2024.

As a result of an agreement between the grantor and the secured creditor the receivers cease to act as receivers of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company and, instead, become receivers of the specific property.
