Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Land Regulatory Delivery Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) and declares that the reserve be known as Pati Tapu Bush Scenic Reserve.
