Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Wesley Intermediate (1564) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 2021, Notice No. 2021-go3467), and the amendment (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 August 2023, Notice No. 2023-go3635).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
