as the Chair of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of three years commencing on 22 December 2022 and expiring on 21 December 2025; and appointed

Dr Wayne Ngata mnzm

as the Deputy Chair of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of three years commencing on 22 December 2022 and expiring on 21 December 2025; and reappointed

Kirk Hope

as a member of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of three years commencing on 22 December 2022 and expiring on 21 December 2025; and reappointed

Dr Alastair MacCormick cnzm

as a member of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of 18 months commencing on 22 December 2022 and expiring on 21 June 2024; and appointed

Deidre Shea mnzm

as a member of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of three years commencing on 22 December 2022 and expiring on 21 December 2025; and appointed

Samuelu Sefuiva

as a member of the Tertiary Education Commission for a term of three years commencing on 12 January 2023 and expiring on 11 January 2026.
