Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Mitchell Des Spence, Senior Solicitor, acting on delegated authority from the Minister of Finance and the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

On or about 19 July 2023, The Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Peeni Henare, Minister of Tourism, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 164 of that Act for New Zealand Tourism Board to enter into foreign exchange derivatives with New Zealand Debt Management, The Treasury to manage foreign exchange risk.

Pursuant to section 158(4) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Mitchell Des Spence, Senior Solicitor, acting on delegated authority from the Minister of Finance and the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

On or about 19 July 2023, The Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, gave approval, under section 158(2)(b)(i) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for New Zealand Tourism Board to operate foreign currency bank accounts at HSBC, Deutsche Bank and MUFG.
