Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Diana Sarfati, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective immediately;

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, Issue No. 143, page 3909).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Southern Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Christopher James Knight, Psychiatrist, of Dunedin”,
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Ruth Elizabeth Manning, Clinical Nurse Specialist, of Dunedin”.
