Gazette.govt.nzUnder the Reserves Act 1977 and in accordance with a delegation of the Minister of Conservation, the acting Operations Manager of the Kapiti Wellington District of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine.
