Under sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Matamata-Piako District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 24 April 2019, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
