Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 18 November 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with Amending a Notice – Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 15 January 2019, Notice No. 2019-go213).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Northland District Health Board”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Jane Simperingham, psychiatric nurse, of Northland”;
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Margaret Aimer, psychiatrist, of Auckland”.
