Pursuant to section 24A(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Rata Alcohol and Other Drug Service medical practitioner issued under this section on 11 June 2019 (New Zealand Gazette, 11 June 2019, Notice No. 2019-go2599).
