Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 May 2019, Notice No. 2019-go2278, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I give notice:

1. that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for it to:
• operate up to five return non-stop services per week to Korea; and
• offer code-share services to New Caledonia “as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport”, while also removing a redundant code-share restriction; and
2. after earlier giving Air New Zealand 21 clear days’ notice, I varied the airline’s Scheduled International Air Service Licence and removed the airline’s own-aircraft capacity entitlement for services to Viet Nam, as the airline is no longer using this capacity entitlement.

The variations took effect from the date of signature of this notice.
