Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 7 May 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment Act) 1992 Notice 2014—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2014, Issue No. 143, Notice No. 2014-go7228, and the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment Act) 1992 Notice 2019—Amending a Notice—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“amended notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 10 January 2019, Notice No. 2019-go50).
2. The amended notice is amended in respect of “MidCentral DHB”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “John Jeffrey Hammond, registered nurse, of Whanganui”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Raeleen Hinemoa Toia, registered nurse, of Wellington”.
