Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve Te Komanawa Rowley School (3492) Board of Trustees (formerly known as Rowley Avenue School) and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Rowley Avenue School (3492) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2017, Issue No. 60, Notice No. 2017-go2791) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
