Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice titled “Notice of Direction to appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Kaikohe West School (1023) Board of Trustees” (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 February 2017, Issue No. 13, Notice No. 2017-go427).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
