Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 March 2018, Notice No. 2018-go1371, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for it to:
- operate without capacity constraints over the routing “Points in New Zealand, optionally via intermediate points, to a point or points in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, and beyond”;
- increase capacity to Indonesia to up to seven services per week;
- increase capacity to New Caledonia to up to three services per week; and
- operate without route or capacity constraints in regards to Chile.
The variations took effect from this day of signature.
