Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, and under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of the direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Combined Board of Trustees for St Joseph’s School, Invercargill (4017), St Patrick’s School, Nightcaps (4019) and St Teresa’s School, Bluff (4021) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 July 2017, Issue No. 71, Notice No. 2017-go3315).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
