Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of MANGAWHAI MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court in Auckland on 8 June 2018 at 10.05am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 August 2018 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator is forecasting a distribution to unsecured creditors. If you are owed money please make your claim no later than 5.00pm on 7 December 2018.
