Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 December 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2017, Issue No. 2, Notice No. 2017-ln53, by deleting the words

“an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice”

and replacing them with

“an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice”.
