Under section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a local purpose (carpark/community buildings) reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
