Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Cromwell College (373) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 March 2017, Issue No. 29, Notice No. 2017-go1216).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
