Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Shirley Intermediate School (3503) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 September 2015, Issue No. 102, Notice No. 2015-go5568).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
