Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Heretaunga College (251) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 December 2015, Issue No. 135, Notice No. 2015-go7227).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
