This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 April 2017, an application for putting NEW START COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2017-419-99. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 6 November 2017 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
