Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 July 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2016, Issue No. 63, Notice No. 2016-ln4073, by deleting the wording in the heading, recital and Schedule

“acquired for reserve purposes”

and replacing it with

“acquired for recreation reserve purposes”.
