Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitaki District Council hereby amends the notice dated 1 April 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 April 2016, Issue No. 29, Notice No. 2016-ln1848, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following:
