Pursuant to section 37 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), I, Dr Don Mackie, Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Leadership, Protection and Regulation, Ministry of Health, under delegation from the Director-General of Health, cancel the designation of
Bureau Veritas (New Zealand) Limited
to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
