Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 February 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Anna Finlay in respect of Lollipops Educare Broadway 2 (45465), situated at 257 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
