Takeovers Panel
Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has reappointed
Suzanne Helen Suckling
for a five-year term commencing on 21 December 2005 and expiring on 20 December 2010; and
Anthony Noy Frankham
for a term of appointment commencing on 21 December 2005 and expiring on 15 December 2006
as members of the Takeovers Panel, as established under the Takeovers Act 1993.
