Pursuant to section 37 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Director-General of Health cancels the designation of Allied Certification Services Pty Limited to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.
This cancellation takes effect from the date of the publication of this notice.
