Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism The Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 forms part of a legislative package that will implement the first tranche of reforms to New Zealand’s anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism regulatory regime.
